IMPORTANT As of 01.10.2023, the Council of Participants of the National Card and Payment Scheme (NCPS), composed of banks, payment institutions and electronic money companies with permission to operate on the Bulgarian market, adopted: - Rules for the food vouchers program on an electronic holder with the Bulgarian bcard card - Interbank exchange fee for bcard in the amount of 0.3% of the payment amount. The exchange fee is paid by the merchant's bank to the bank serving the food voucher operator, according to the rules of the NCPS. Thus, the NKPS guarantees entry of the new product to merchants according to the levels of exchange fees determined by European legislation, as well as readiness according to Art. 209a of the Civil Code.
